bryair takes on october achievements - image of royal exchange in londonOctober has been a testament to the hard work the commercial team of Bryair have put into upcoming works and closing projects.

The company’s high success rate has been thanks to their values. The team has maintained a ‘highly focused’ service, ensuring clients feel confident that all aspects of the work will be covered. The team provides an ‘exceptional fast track service’, which helps clients to rely on Bryair, knowing any requests they have will be a top priority, because of these reasons we are able to create a list of Bryair’s October Achievements.

New Clients:

In August, Bryair secured ‘WagWorks’ with Box3, which clearly resembles Bryair’s ability to secure new clients through their dedication. Furthermore, the sheer size of this job highlights what a major project WagWorks is.

The team went through a 4-week negotiation period, including tendering and, subsequently, securing a price for Box3. In addition, Box3, an ‘innovative, high-quality

This is an exciting new opportunity for Bryair, and we can’t wait to see how the team develops the new works to the client’s needs.

Projects completed this month:

Bryair have had various projects end this month, which started earlier in the year. Projects ending allow them as a company to reflect on the project. Bryair demonstrates their dedication to a long-term project, ensuring they complete it efficiently.

RenRe – HOP Interiors

RenRe is now nearing completion due to working with HOP Interiors since the end of March, .

Initially this project begun with upgrading the 22nd and 23rd floor from scratch. These have officially finished. Bryair has now moved to the 18th and 19th floors. These are nearly complete, providing additions to the floors rather than building them from scratch.

Work from HOP Interiors is incredibly important to Bryair, as Bryair hasn’t completed much work from HOP previously (around 1 job per year). Bryair is now receiving more tenders from HOP, showing the building of a frequent client relationship.

Aroma Zone – Agilite

Aroma Zone with Agilite started in August and ended on the 30th of October. While this was a quick project, Bryair’s service has undoubtedly kept the highest standard.

A short list of works include the relocation of existing fan coil units, installation of new domestic services to a new tea point, secondary ducting and more.

Daniel Bryers, who worked on this project, stated that Bryair and Agilite began their relationship about a year ago and continue to grow stronger.

Grainger – Epiphany

Grainger, completed in collaboration with Bloom Projects, is now finished. This included mechanical services to the ground and 1st floor. These floors went through a CAT A fit out.

Projects beginning this month:

Bryair is excited to start working on new projects this month.

20 Fenchurch St – Peldon Rose

The project at 20 Fenchurch St involves recommissioning services as part of the CAT B fit-out on the 23rd floor. These recommissioning’s include the installation of a new FCU, modifications to ductwork, new grilles & plenum boxes and more.

Bryair considers this project at 20 Fenchurch Street, better known as the Walkie Talkie a significant opportunity. This is because of its iconic status and central location in the financial district.

We previously completed work in this building, so we view our invitation to carry out further works as a success.

88 Wood Street – Bloc Interiors

Bryair previously completed work in the same building, making this another example of a long time coming Bryair project.

This is advantageous for Bryair, as having had done previous work here makes Bryair the lead runners for this project. Bryair therefore has more of an understanding of this building, with its layouts and designs.

For this reason, the team has secured Bloc Interiors as a new client.

Royal Albert Hall – Epiphany

At the beginning of October, Bryair began working on the Royal Albert Hall. Bryair is responsible for upgrading staff amenities under Shaun Walker. This includes;

  • WC’s
  • Showers
  • Driver’s Showers
  • A small office (walls down, installation of FCU)

Due to the Royal Albert Hall dating back to 1871, the team will complete fewer works to keep its integrity. Therefore our team needs to treat this building with care.

Bryair has gone through a month of successes, from starting or finishing subsequent  projects and making new connections with new clients in turn leading to new jobs. Bryair could not be successful without its clients and stresses its importance for creating links within the industry. This is why one of their values is to create a good service, ensuring we can continue to do what they love.
