• Supply and installation of a dedicated extract system to serve the active and prep kitchens which include fire rated ductwork
• Supply and installation of a more robust waste pump using Jung pump to serve the active and prep kitchens
• Hot water heater to serve the active and prep kitchens
• Plumbing services to serve the staff WCs
• Leak detection to serve the active kitchen
• Chlorination of all pipework and certification
• Insulation to the air ductwork and domestic pipework
• Testing and commissioning
