Design and build

• Design of mechanical services across the 1st floor
• Validation of existing services
• Isolation, drain down and disconnection of the CHW systems from 45no fan coil units across the floor, ready for relocation
• Supply of 3 Sabiana chassis type, two pipe CHW fan coil units complete with return air filters with discharge plenums acoustically lined
• Installation of new carbon steel pipework to serve the new and relocated fan coil units across the floor
• Isolation, relocation and re-pipping of 1no radiator on the floor as per the tender drawings
• Chemical flushing, testing and certification to the CHW pipework systems
• Backflushing, samples and certification of the LTHW pipework to the relocated radiator
• Supply and installation of 32 new primary feeds in solid galvanised steel duct across the floor with VCD to allow for airflow control
• Modifications to the extract Bellmouth on both main cores at the top of the floor
• Supply and installation of new secondary ductwork in solid galvanised steel duct to serve 56 fan coil units across the floor, each installed with VCD to allow for air flow control
• Modifications to primary ductwork to suit the new layout
• Supply and installation of 105 cross talk attenuators manufactured by Allaway Acoustics as per the tender schedule
• 43 new SMAY fresh air grilles installed onto the new fresh air feeds serving the room
• Supply and installation of 43 new Mandel supply air linear grilles across the floor
• Supply and installation of 106 supply air plenums across the floor
• 3 new Schneider fan coil unit controllers to serve the new fan coil units on the floor
• Extension and modification to the network caballing to the new and relocated units, zones and radiator across the floor
• Supply and installation of new wall mounted set point controllers in all singular offices that have a fan coil unit
• 1st and 2nd fix plumbing services to the new tea point area
• Install of all new free sanitaryware
• A new saniflo Sanispeed and waste pump supplied and installed in the new tea point
• Comms room cooling consisting of 2 Daikin DX Split Systems, delivering 7.44kw sensible cooling with 1no wall mounted indoor unit and 1no external mounted condenser
• Chlorination to all new pipework, sampling and certification
• 25mm thick foil faced mineral fibre wrap insulation to the supply air ductwork, 25mm thick foil faced ridged mineral fibre insulation to the domestic pipework and black Armaflex insulation to the CHW pipework
• Testing and commissioning to all services upon completion
