Design and build

• Design of mechanical services to the 1st floor
• Validation to the existing systems
• Supply and installation of all new Daikin VRF heat recovery systems throughout the project areas
• New control systems to serve the new VRF systems across the floor
• Supply and installation of all new fan coil units to replace the existing across the floor
• All new secondary ductwork, cut to size to meet the design criteria, to serve all the new fan coil units
• Installation of duct-mounted volume control dampers
• A new extract system to serve the new dedicated staff tea point
• Grilles and diffusers, sized to meet the design criteria, with consideration to the maximum noise criteria
• Re-commissioning of the entire air supply / extract systems and the secondary air from each fan coil unit
• Local modifications of the existing drainage pipework to allow connection with the new sanitaryware and tea point / kitchen outlets
• Chlorination and certification of the new staff tea point domestic services
• Amendment of the existing domestic water pipework and drainage pipework to serve the new kitchenette area
• Insulation to all the domestic hot water pipework
• Supply and installation of a waste pump
• Testing, treatment and chlorination
• Certification and client training on completion
