- Design of mechanical services across the 13th floor
- Validation of the existing services
- New fan coil units with the discharge plenums acoustically lined
- LTHW and CHW pipework modifications and water treatment
- Supply and installation of the new primary and secondary ductwork to serve the new fan coil units across the floor
- Cross talk attenuators installed on all the partitioned walls of any cellular space which requires a return air path
- OOH replacement to the existing fan coil unit outstations
- Installation of insulation to the primary and secondary ductwork, domestic pipework, LTHW and the CHW pipework
- Testing and Commissioning
