Design and build

• Design of mechanical services across the second floor
• Validation of the existing services
• Disconnection of 16 fan coil units to be reinstalled
• Supply of new fan coil units with discharge plenums acoustically lined
• LTHW and CHW pipework modifications to serve the new and relocated fan coil units
• Chemical flushing, sampling and certification of all the new pipework
• Supply, installation and modification of the new primary and secondary ductwork to serve all the new and relocated fan coil units across the floor
• Cross talk attenuators to allow an attenuated return air path to each office, meeting room, boardroom and any cellular space
• New grilles and plenums to serve the new boardroom and meeting room
• Supply and installation of new Siemans fan coil unit controls to the new fan coil unit
• Plumbing services to serve the new breakout area, client pantry, new coffee point and multi faith areas
• Supply and installation of a point of use water heater to the staff tea point area, to ensure an instant supply of hot water to the new breakout area, client pantry, muti faith and new coffee areas
• New waste pump to serve the breakout, coffee and multi faith areas
• Extract system to serve the new breakout area, client pantry area and the print areas on the floor
• Comms room cooling, consisting of two Daikin wall mounted split systems each delivering 7.44kw
• Chlorination, sampling and certification of all new water pipework
• Multi zone leak detection
• Insulation to the supply air ductwork, domestic pipework, LTHW and CHW pipework
• Testing and commissioning
