Design of mechanical services to this 8-floor office building
Strip out of existing plumbing services to make way for new
Decommissioning of existing Mitsubishi AC system and disconnection/strip out of ductwork from the lower ground floor to the 6th floor
Supply and installation of a Daikin VRV heat recovery system to serve the lower ground floor to the 6th floor
Supply and installation of new MVHR ventilation systems to serve the lower ground floor to the 6th floor
Supply and Installation of new supply grilles and plenums to lower ground floor to the 6th floor
New plumbing services to the new tea point, shower, WC, DDA WC and shower on the ground floor
Supply and installation of new plumbing services including hot water heaters to the tea points on the 1st & 2nd floors
Supply and installation of new plumbing services including hot water heaters to the WC on the 5th & 6th floors
Insulation of all new domestic pipework on the Ground, 2nd, 5th and 6th floors
Supply and installation of leak detection to all the tea points and the coffee bars across all floors
Supply and installation of new external condensers to serve the lower ground floor to the 6th floor, craned to the roof by a specialist lifting team.
Chlorination of new domestic pipework and certification
