• Design of mechanical services
• Supply of four and two pipe fan coil units; supplied by Aermec, with discharge plenums acoustically lined
• Extended drip trays that extend to the length of the un-insulated valve assemblies
• Supply and installation of all new LTHW + CHW copper pipework across the floor
• All new plastic condensate pipework across the floor
• All necessary flushing and sampling to the full LTHW and CHW systems
• Supply and installation of all the primary and secondary ductwork across the floor
• Supply and installation of fire rated fire dampers across the floor
• Plenums and new grilles of varying shapes and sizes installed across the floor
• Free issue BMS controls to serve the new fan coil units across the floor
• Installation of the LTHW flow and return pipework to the megaflo hot water cylinder as per the tender drawings
• Supply and installation of CW pipework from the cylinder to serve the WC and kitchen outlets
• 1st + 2nd fixed plumbing services to serve the new WC and tea point area
• Supply and installation of above ground drainage to serve the WC and Kitchen as per the tender drawings
• Chlorination of all the new pipework with samples and certification on completion
• Supply and instal of insulation to the supply air ductwork to the domestic, LTHW + CHW pipework
• Testing and Commissioning
