CAT A & B fit out

• Design of mechanical services to this CAT A & B
• Supply and installation of new twin and single Panasonic air conditioning systems
• New Mitsubishi MVHR to serve the mezzanine floor, office, staff room and lab areas
• New dedicated fume cupboard extract systems, each installed with new attenuators to serve the TC lab and Bio Assey lab
• All new fume cupboard extract ductwork
• Supply and installation of new supply and extract ductwork to all new MVHR units across the mezzanine floor
• New secondary ductwork to serve the new ducted fan coil units serving the new POD rooms
• Cross talk attenuators installed on the partitioned wall of each POD room and office area
• Supply and installation of return supply air grilles and plenums across the mezzanine floor
• Supply and installation of louvres to serve the MHVR units across the mezzanine floor
• 1st and 2nd fix plumbing services to the sinks in each lab area
• 1st and 2nd fix new plumbing services to serve the eye wash stations located on the mezzanine floor
• Installation of all new free issue sanitaryware
• 1st and 2nd fix all water and waste services to serve the new staff toilet and cleaners’ sink
• Plumbing services to serve the new Staff tea point area
• Supply and installation of an extract system to serve the new staff tea point area. The system shall comprise an extract fan, attenuators, ductwork and grille
• Supply and installation of a new extract system to serve the new staff WC. The system will comprise of an extract fan, attenuators, ductwork, controls and roof cowl
• Chlorination and certification
• Leak detection
• Supply and installation of insulation to the supply air ductwork
• Condensers lifted to the roof level by a specialist crane company
• Testing and commissioning
• Certification, client training and demonstration
