Build
- Build of mechanical services across the ground and 1st floors
- Validation of existing services
- Isolation, draining & making safe of all existing systems
- Condensers located at roof level
- New Daikin VRV air conditioning equipment to serve both floors
- New Daikin MVHR units, installed at high level to serve both floors: linked to the central Daikin touch controller
- Supply & installation of all the new primary and secondary ducting to serve all the new fan coil units across both floors
- Installation of volume control dampers via the duct to supply air to each fan coil unit
- Attenuators supplied by Caice, designed by DSA, to suit the areas they serve
- Supply & installation of all the grilles, diffusers, louvers and plenums as per the tender schedules
- Supply and installation of one 70litre and one 10litre hot water heaters to serve the ground and 1st floor toilets
- Supply and installation of two water meters
- 2nd fixed all free issue sanitaryware across both floors
- 1st and 2nd fixed above ground drainage to serve the kitchen area
- Supply and Installation of a leak detection system to the toilets and wet services
- Chlorination and sampling of all hot and cold water services upon completion and certification
- Installation to all primary & secondary ductwork, domestic hot & cold pipework and LTHW flow & return pipework
- Testing and commissioning
