Validation of HVAC services

We were employed by MMoser Associates to confirm the performance & serviceability of the existing mechanical plant at Greenwich in relation to the manufacturer’s specification & CAT A design criteria. This is to ascertain the suitability for the clients specific requirements for the CAT B fitout.

The mechanical validation consisted of the following;

• Primary supply & extract air system volumes
• Fan coil unit secondary air balance
• Daikin VRV Air conditioning systems
• HVAC BMS control systems
• Fire dampers
• Filters
• HVAC condition survey
