• Design of mechanical services
• Supply and installation of new VRV air conditioning equipment across the ground & 1st floors
• Supply of new overdoor heaters to the ground floor to serve the main entrance and above the door to the breakout area
• Comms room cooling system consisting of a Daikin DX split system with a total UK sensible cooling of 5.32kw
• New Daikin heat recovery ventilation units across both the floors
• Supply and installation of all new primary and secondary extract ducting systems
• Cross talk attenuators to serve the office and meeting room partitions
• A new Vent Axia ACM unit to serve the cleaners sink
• Installation of all new grilles and plenums
• Supply, installation and commission of a BMS TREND control panel
• Above ground drainage to serve the ground & the 1st floor toilet & shower areas
• New waste pipework to serve the new cleaners sink located on the ground floor
• Plumbing services to serve both the ground floor & 1st floor toilet, shower area and the breakout
• 30L Ariston water heaters to serve the staff tea points
• Supply and installation of a new Heatrae Sadia hot water cylinder tank, located in the cleaner’s cupboard on the ground floor to serve the ground & 1st floor WC’s and showers
• Installation to the primary and secondary supply air ductwork and the domestic pipework
• Chlorination of all the new domestic pipework and certification
• Testing and commissioning
• Client training and demonstration
