• Design of mechanical services across two floors
• Validation of the existing services
• Supply and installation of a Daikin heat recovery system to serve the ground & mezzanine floors
• 3 new Daikin VAM10000 units to provide a fresh air supply to serve the internal meeting areas and closed off central areas on both floors
• All new primary and extract ductwork routed to and from the new VAM units across both floors
• Three cross talk attenuators to serve the boardrooms
• Supply and installation of blow grilles, return air grilles and external louvres across all the floors
• An extract system to serve the new staff tea point on the ground & mezzanine floors
• Plumbing services to the new staff tea point area on the mezzanine floor
• Supply and installation of point of use water heaters to serve the staff tea point areas on both floors
• A new saniflo waste pump to serve the ground floor staff tea point area
• Chlorination, sampling and certification of all new pipework
• Insulation to the supply air ductwork and domestic pipework
• Testing and commissioning
