Design and build
- Design of mechanical services across the suites 1C, 1D, GEa, GEb, GDc, GB2 & 3E
- Supply and installation of new VRF systems to serve all suites
- New VRF valved BC boxes and fan coil unit return air temperature sensors to serve all associated fan coil units across the suites
- Hire of a specialised crane company to lift mounted condensers to the roof
- New VRF pipework, tray work and insulation to serve the chassis type fan coil units across the suites
- Supply and installation of all new secondary and primary ductwork to serve the new fan coil units, extract ducting, volume control dampers and barrel slot diffusers across the suites
- Supply and installation of foil faced insulation and Aluzinc wrap to all secondary and primary ductwork and extract ducting
- Supply and installation of new condensate pumps and all associated condensate pipework
- New AE-200E centralised VRF controllers serving all suites, located within the associated risers
- Supply and installation of new MVHR units with associated controls, intake and exhaust grilles, ductwork, volume control dampers and access panels.
- Testing and Commissioning of all public health services and certification on completion
