- Installation and insulation of all the new primary ductwork
- We provided a BACNET licence interface to allow the system to be linked to the BMS
- Chlorination to the primary ventilation
- Installation of all the new free issue sanitaryware
- Plumbing services and minor modifications to the WC’s
- External condensers to serve suites E & F, lifted to the roof level by a specialist crane company
- Testing and commissioning
