Design and build

  • Design of mechanical services across the 4th floor
  • Validation of existing services
  • Strip out of the primary air ductwork where it clashed with the new partition walls
  • Strip out of the secondary ductwork & 12 fan coil units for relocation
  • Supply and installation of 5 new Mitsubishi Hybrid fan coil units
  • New copper pipework to serve each of the 5 new Mitsubishi fan coil units all pressure tested + insulated upon completion
  • Relocation of 12 existing fan coil units
  • Modifications of the existing pipework to serve the 12 relocated units
  • Modifications to some of the primary air ductwork to serve the new fan coil units across the floor
  • All new secondary ductwork to serve the 5 new and 12 relocated fan coil units
  • Modifications to some of the secondary ductwork to suit the new layout to serve some of the existing fan coil units across the floor
  • Internal insulation to all new secondary air ductwork
  • Supply and installation of 30 new cross talk attenuators to allow for a return air path to the extract bell mouths serving the office / meeting rooms
  • Supply and installation of new circular swirl diffusers + plenums to the 5 new Mitsubishi units
  • Relocation of the existing grilles to serve all the relocated fan coil units across the floor
  • Supply and installation of a new Comms room Mitsubishi spilt system with associated wall mounted controller
  • Outdoor condensing unit, to serve the Comms room Mitsubishi split system, installed at roof level
  • Installation of new refrigerant pipework to serve the Mitsubishi split system
  • Supply and Installation of a new water heater to serve the new tea point
  • Installation of a new water feed to serve the new coffee machine and Zip tap
  • Installation of a new water waste pump to discharge the waste water
  • Supply and installation of a new dedicated tea point extract system
  • Internal insulation of all new secondary ductwork
  • Insulation of all new pipework
  • Chlorination of all new domestic pipework with certification upon completion
  • Testing and commissioning
